what is gained from revolution?

     I recently found a book written by one of the fighters of Nepal Communist Party Maoist. His writing was totally concerned upon depicting the whole ten years freedom war,through the experiences endured by him and his colleagues. In one hand, it is universal truth that these people are the basic power for the establishment of democratic republic but on the other hand, if they are not prioritized there is certainty of tragic violence.

    These politically as well as physically trained people were more or less respected by the common Nepalese people.The discipline,courage,ideological foresight maintained them to flourish whole over Nepal within short duration of time,which can be termed as their success.But little  importance is  given to their origination and their original identity.Who were they?What was the cause of their origin?what made them reluctant with the ideology?What was their future dream ,etc are the questions that need to be dealt with.

   Nepal Communist Party Maoist party formed after some leaders were unable to get effective stand for their agendas in the parliament.Ultimately,in 2052 B.S (1996) they raised   gun against the so called feudal lords and the government.The first war was fought in Sindhuli district whose success germinated other big wars for ten years long time.Whatever political agendas might be,that is not my interest but I am shocked by the common fighters who left their families and became ready to sacrifice their life.

   Mostly these people belonged to the groups who were facing the extreme poverty. The government administrative sign were rarely seen on those places,not to mention about the facilities and infrastructure they should provide as a citizen of a country. The government was totally centralized in capital and urban areas.The contrast was explicitly seen between the people living the life of 21st century and 16th century.This large gap is  underestimated by the government.

   Nepal became democratic country after people abolished Kings dictatorial rule in 2046B.S (1990). After this the irresponsibility shown by the revolutionary promoted as a base for the next revolution.The corruption reached at a great level. The bureaucrats became influenced by the political leaders.In country  bureaucracy plays a vital role but the damage created by the political disturbance becomes irrecoverable.As a result, the bureaucracy totally became  political playground.

   The important part was the gap between rich and poor.The rich people who were in feudalistic model suppressed people in the name of caste and other traditional labor system that were prevalent from a long past.When someone tried to raise their voice,they were punished abusing the political power.Because these rich people were in the political mainstream.One tragic event we should understand in Nepalese context is that before 1990 today s UML was a powerful communist party.Like Maoist they got peoples support but after democracy they turned as the representing character of rich class.This can be considered a strong base as well.

  The mentioned systems were the causes for revolution. Now new process of drafting  constitution is in progress but relatively new disputes and misunderstandings have made it slow.In this case are these people ready to forget the cost of blood and remain in isolation.This question must be solved .

IDENTITY!

what is my identity?
i am not knowing it
searching from high mountain to shallow sea
i am dying for it.


the turbine of my head
is it my identity?
i enter in the field of emotions
and find no its not.


no human can have the
super quality to be praised
no human can get to the level
to be greatly prayed.


why?why cant it be can be the question
its a paradoxical question indeed
no pure power can exist 
in this barbaric environment is my answer

do you think your identity is civilization?
there is the blunder i find
civilization is also connected  with brutality
make your identity with it!

don't try to fool yourself
don't put yourself in dark
you are what you are
don't ever try to wash. 

Literature to me

Some people say literature is wave.
Some people say literature is breeze.
Some people say literature is insane.
But say literature is deep ocean.

Actually what literature is, we cannot define in single sentence.It is not wise to define it in this way as well because literature is related to feelings.It may differ from person to person and in general sense they all are right.Literature is the space where you can play with your thoughts, view others opinions ,study society through others eyes,understand own self,etc.

Samuel Beckett's " Krapp's Last Tape",and "we"

Samuel Beckett is known for his drama ,bearing the theme of absurdity.During ancient period , the absurdity was not given priority rather was ignored complaining its basic ingredient i.e the vagueness or meaninglessness of human life.This sort of explanation from one point of view carries reality as well because the negative thinking could bring frustration but from another view this could be falsified.There is opposition in each an every object or thinking.This world is distinguished from the opposition as a whole.If there is  good there is bad,evil-social, dark-light,black-white.If one is ignored both seems meaningless.so to find out meaning both should be studied in similar form.In the context to understand the meaninglessness of life there should be the study of  meaninglessness and should not be ignored anywhere.if it is ignored we miss important part of our study or we understand half of the portion only.  

In dealing with Krapp's Last Tape we find how beautifully the play wright Samuel Beckett has depicted the life of normal human being.The old Krapp is not extraordinary character rather he is one of us.He is general human beings who had strong desire of youth , finding the better future as normal as we do now at this age.He performed all his activities as the time demanded but now at this old age he is not happy what he had done.The knowledge has been planted that only doing normal things and activities cannot make sense of our existence.When we study the drama from our perspective for the first time we generally claim Krapp to be   insane.I find our fault in dealing with the right here.what he seems is not so important here but what he means is important.The character is nor lamenting upon his powerful passed youth but he is making us aware of our future.But unfortunately not only a single person but all the world is in the same path of the character ,who is ignorant about the present and as a consequence is to fall upon the same fate of Krapp.

THE DAY OF MY DEATH

"who knows the purpose of my breath, its nothing but my heart trying to adjust in harmony.

who knows the purpose of my brain, its nothing but the cannibalistic emotions arising".

I don't know what is the purpose of my birth but i am living.Not only me my father,grandfather,great grandfather,my whole ancestor,and my whole world is living.But i always glance to the uniformity of the existence and find that what is the purpose and why didn't the early generations could not regard it to be the subject of importance.

After i was able to understand this world through my innocent eyes i was not ready to believe if there is white there is black,if there is knowledge, there is arrogance and if there is peace, there is crime.I always wandered for this undesirable nature so,i was foolish,am i not?The scattered rays of poverty pinched upon my heart but silent became the medicine.the helpless hands tried to drag the success that became the punishment.The quality seed gives the quality plant in my view it can neither give quality plant or fruit unless the watering is not done.In the same way a person needs the watering of love,affection,support,and helping hands not to walk on the same path as your past ancestors had done but make own path through which much is not gained but what is gained would be sufficient.

No single person's overall trait is as another person.The god has created so to make own life and do something that would make you complete,perfect and humane.If a person thinks his life is not sufficient he neither can enjoy the sweetness of life nor can be success and this nature is against our existence.

I AM AN IDIOT

Sometime the life is futile, the world is vague, the nature is harsh and the emotion is dead.The platonic love and life remain in the only ideological form of some philosophers,the wisdom stinks gutter and the romance fells danger.I am riding the "TITANIC",an unpleasant happening is waiting me but i want to feel the ecstasy.Hurdles are standing static in front of   me seeking my attention and the past hurdles are pinching with their thorn of arrogance. I am riding and riding defending them to the unspecified path.Sometimes I become unconscious ,sometimes conscious.The more i become unconscious I get more meaning of being but consciousness is the rotten food i had taken,have taken and would be taking.I asked several times why should i have such dung to eat,please i want some purity. I was hanged and broken,and answer came,"you are intelligent."

THE DEATH OF SPIRITUALISM

       Every living thing is a spiritual  being.Different perspectives have been developed from a long time to study how human beings are different from other living beings and how can they behave differently in a superior manner.so,in the long passage of time thousands and thousands of thoughts arrived and ultimately formed a concept of religion.My purpose here is not to disregard religion rather to study spiritualism in depth considering religion as a path only.

     Human being is considered to be conscious what is going in the world.This god gifted ability is not shown at first rather it gets constructive form when the child is in the socialization period.he/she learns from each and every activities happening in family and society.This making a pot from a clay process is inevitable for the development of the child.In this same way when the child reaches in a certain age or becomes grown up human then his repressive feelings or according to Freud' id' starts to move. he/she shows the symptoms to defeat the whole world and neither gives priority to anything.

SO,i just want to say that religion is formed to control human beings.There are norms ,values mentioned which gives priority to the welfare of living beings.it can be termed as codes in another language.It is indirect rules through which a man cannot cross his limitation in the name of heaven and hell.no one wants to go hell whatever crimes he has committed in his youth age.So in our society we can see  people worshiping and praying to get rid away from their evil deeds being afraid of hell.

Actually spiritualism and religion has a connection here. In today's world religion has become like a business but no one is concerned towards spiritualism.People have to understand, spiritualism in order to get the depth of existence nor the religion.Religion is like a clothes in a body.It is only means to get basic knowledge for laymen.so what is spiritualism we have to understand.In another writing i am dealing with this.

RELIGION

         Nepal is known for its diversity interm of culture and religion. the Aryan and the mongoloid people are living from ancient period carrying different characteristics distinct from one another and their overall norms and values are guided by religion.Scholars argue Aryans are from southern part of the country IE India and mongols from northern part IE Mongolia. but there are some scholars who have different opinion towards it. they presume mongols to be from southern part who ran away to be safe from the practice of human sacrifice which was prevalent ate that time in Hindu society.

According to E.B Tylor religion is belief in supernatural things.the ancient human beings were amazed by the unusual happenings going around them such as storm,flood,landslide,lightning,etc.these people  questioned themselves who may be behind all those or who may be the  cause factor but there was no appropriate answer.In the passage of time these people started believing something powerful force may have created such situation and thus the concept of believing in supernatural force came into practice.Actually it is not a slow process rather it took long time to form religion.There came different stages within it.while studying the Nepalese development of religion we can still find the accuracy of e b tylors mentioned stages.according to him the stages are-animism,polytheism and monotheism and they are inevitable in each society if we are to study from the evolutionist point of view.

     Dealing with the different stages first of all lets try to study about animism.According to him in this stage people worship nature .it is an ancient form of  religion. In this stage men thought every matter in the world contains a living soul in it. that is why they worshiped stone,soul,plants,water,nature and their ancestors as god.In Nepal mostly the tribal  mostly the tribal groups perform this behavior. Basically rai, limbu,and many more ethnic people believe in this practice.through which we can say that they are in animistic form of religious practice.

     Secondly, there comes the polytheism. this stage comes after animism aswell as we can consider it as developed form of animism . After people became aware that merely worshiping nature could not be sufficient so different types of gods concept started to derive in the mentality of people . They thought different  gods must be handling different tasks. mostly hindu community in Nepal is doing this practice.

    Thirdly,monotheism is the modern form of religion. in this form people start to worship one god and presume it to be the superpower. It is thought to be the developed form of polytheism .In Nepalese context there are Christians,Muslim,Sikh,etc.But one of the important changing factor in Nepalese society is the Hindu,religion which is polytheism and is developing rapidly in monotheism although it was limited in past.
